Can Affordable Care Act Provide Increasing Funding for Mental Health In Michigan?
Gov. Rick Snyder may have to convince lawmakers that expanding Medicaid eligibility under the Affordable Care Act will allow Michigan to also plug a gap in its increasingly underfunded mental health care system.
