Using the advanced search features, the SAE Digital Library can be searched by keyword, author, and SAE paper number. We will be installing more compact shelving in the library and adding additional seating. The compact shelving will replace some of our stationary shelving allowing us add this new seating. The new shelving will be installed in what is now our Reference area. In preparation for the project we have evaluated our Reference collection, and because much of the information in our print reference materials is now available online, we have moved many of the reference books to our regular stacks. Our remaining reference books will be moved to a new location in our copy center area. Preparatory work has already started and the installation of the new compact shelving is expected to begin after July 5th, 2011.
