To commemorate Martin Luther King, Jr. MSU Libraries are showing the DVD: Beyond Black and White: Affirmative Action in America. This very engaging debate over affirmative action was filmed at the time of California's Proposition 209. One panelist is Ward Connerly who also was active in Michigan's recent Proposition 2.
The movie will show on the first floor of the Main Library until 2 p.m. January 16th.
We have also compiled bibliographies of Affirmative Action and Martin Luther King, Jr. as both a Research Guide and distributed as a 4-bookmark series. http://guides.lib.msu.edu/page.phtml?page_id=1042
