MSU Staff/Student IDs

With the start of the Fall 2009 Semester, the Vet. Med. Library Staff would like to remind all library users that patrons should have either an MSU Identification or a Community Borrower's card in order to check out MSU Libraries' materials. If a patron has forgotten his or her MSU student/staff ID, as long as the library staff can access a current electronic library patron record, via an MSU NetID or PID number, we will continue to accept alternate pictured IDs as proof of MSU affiliation.

If the library staff cannot access a patron's electron library record, the patron will be referred to Circulation Services for an appropriate electronic record creation.

Spring Semester 2009 Information

Library Hours will be as follows for spring semester 2009, beginning January 12th.

Sundays: Noon-10pm for CVM patrons only

Mon.-Thr. 7am-10pm

Fridays 7am-5pm

Saturdays: Noon-5pm for CVM patrons only

Hours for NON-CVM Patrons are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

We ARE open from 12noon-1pm weekdays.

We ARE open January 19, 2009 - MLK Jr. holiday - even though there are no classes scheduled that day.

The CVM Library staff will host a table at the Michigan Veterinary Conference, January 23-25, 2009. Visit us there.

We will be CLOSED Saturday, April 4th for Vet a Visit.

Due to Physical Plant work in the Veterinary Medical Center complex this evening, there will be power outages beginning at 7pm. The Library will close at 7pm this evening instead of 8pm.
